I was born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela. I moved to the U.S at the age of 17 to attend college in Pennsylvania graduating with a Bachelor's in ‘Communication Studies’.

From a young age I have been passionate about movement and self expression, with an extensive background in dance and gymnastics. I became a health and wellness advocate, dedicating my life to studying and sharing my knowledge and passion for yoga and fitness.
